UAE Emabssy Legalization for Business Documents

Is your corporation operating in the UAE, planning to establish a branch there, or conducting business in the region? If so, you must attest to your American documents. Our multi-step process ensures your business documents are legally recognized in the UAE for visa or business purposes. Let us handle the complexities so that you can focus on your business ventures.

Your document will undergo multiple levels of verification through state and federal agencies to ensure its authenticity. The UAE Embassy will ultimately approve it, making it legally recognized for use in the United Arab Emirates.

Here’s our step-by-step process to guide you from beginning to end:

The first method (full authentication):

  1. Secretary of State Certification: Verification at the state level.
  2. Authentication by the U.S. Department of State: Federal-level authentication.
  3. UAE Embassy Legalization: Final attestation by the UAE Embassy in Washington, D.C.

Shortcut! Method two: Business documents can bypass federal authentication by proceeding directly from state certification to embassy legalization. It is advisable to contact the requesting agency to confirm their specific requirements.
