Elite Documents is a document facilitation and courier company. We are not a government agency, embassy, consulate, or law firm. We prepare, review, submit, and deliver documents to the appropriate issuing authorities on your behalf. We do not provide legal advice.

2. Quotes and Document Review

Submitting this form requests a quote only. It does not create an order. Our team reviews your documents and confirms the service, fees, and timeline in a written quote. Work begins after you approve the quote and payment is received.

3. Client Responsibilities

You confirm that:

• The information and documents you submit are accurate, complete, and lawful.
• You are authorized to submit them.
• You are responsible for choosing the correct destination country and intended use.

4. Fees and Payment

Our service fees and government, embassy, or third-party fees are listed separately in your quote. Government and third-party fees are paid to those agencies and are non-refundable once submitted. Our service fees are refundable only as stated in your approved quote.

5. Timelines and Deadlines

Processing times are estimates and are subject to change at the request or direction of government agencies and embassies. As couriers, we submit and retrieve documents but do not control agency or embassy processing. Elite Documents is not responsible for delays, closures, appointment availability, or changes in agency or embassy procedures.

Hand delivery in Washington, DC may be affected by events outside our control, including street closures, protests, demonstrations, security perimeters, traffic restrictions, severe weather, and government or embassy closures. These events may prevent timely delivery or pickup and may cause us to miss a filing cutoff or deadline. Elite Documents is not liable for missed deadlines or resulting losses caused by these events. If you have a firm deadline, tell us before placing your order so we can plan for it. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date or time.

6. Agency Requirements and Document Review

Government agencies and embassies often change their requirements, procedures, and fees at any time and without notice. Elite Documents is not responsible for these changes, and they may affect the timeline, cost, or acceptance of your documents. Most state agencies do not review documents for content, accuracy, or acceptance by the receiving party. They authenticate only the signature, seal, or capacity of the official who signed or issued the document. Our due diligence is a pre-filing check only and is not a legal review or a guarantee of acceptance.

7. Document Acceptance

We perform due diligence on documents before filing, including seals and signatures. We do not guarantee acceptance by any authority, foreign government, or receiving party. Documents rejected for defects in the original document or because of changed agency or embassy requirements are not grounds for a refund of fees already paid.

8. Privacy and Document Handling

We use your information and documents only to provide the requested services and communicate with you. We share them only with the agencies and providers needed to complete your request, or as required by law. Submitted files are stored securely and retained only as needed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Elite Documents is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for delays, missed deadlines, or losses caused by third parties, couriers, government agencies, or events outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the service fees you paid for the affected order.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

12. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on our website applies to your request.
